The most interesting organ for me

I think that in the body we have three importants organs to make a correctly work, they are the brain, the heart and the lungs. The most amazing for me is the brain but as the teacher do this i going to chose the heart.
Like i say before i think that the heart i so important for the body becouse without it or with a little fail we can died, in the present we can found heart transplants but is almost impossible get it.

In general terms the heart is muscular organ, Its more important function is wich pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system, is located in the middle mediastinum at the level of thoracic vertebrae T5 - T8. Have approximate the size of a your own fist and weigh as three hundred grams.

The cardiovascular diseases are one of the most important cause of death in a international level and the main, some diseases that can alter its normal functioning are:
- Cardiomyopathy: is a deteroration of heart muscle´s ability to contract
- Coronary artery disease: is cause by artherosclerosis, that disease are called to ischemic cardiopathology and can produce angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.
That are the principals.

If we want a healthy body and a healthy heart the best option is live a healthy life, How is this posible?
eating healthy food, avoid obesity, diabetes mellitus and tabacco use and with this precautions your heart going be happy.

You need to be more careful about heart diseases if somebody in your family has anything too, it's a pretty delicate organ.
